Hate to tell ya, but yeah, we do have a plan on invading Canada. We have such a plan for every country in the world. It is called contingency planning and we have entire units that do nothing but this type of planning.

Of course having a contingency plan does not mean that we ever hope to implement it. But the plan is there and updated.

Don't most of those plans detail what went wrong during any previous attempts to invade? That'd sure make some interesting reading!
