nothing seems to be helping still have the sam e problems other that that everything is ok with the mods that im using

Morale mod <= as said by sober, since patch v 1.2 this mod is no longer needed. Remove it

Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1_HotFix<= same as above
as for mods order, I see most of the mods in your list are contained in sober's mega mod; you can refer to it for correct enabling order

Thanks for the info mate.Ahm ... The last 3 mods were copy past error i didnt duplicate them.My bad on fast posting.Today I tryed different Dynamic Environment SH5...to see what i like the most and I think im going to switch to light.

I also tested with Brighter nights in between this 2 but didnt see any difference.?

yes, that's normal: Dynamic Environment SH5 v 2.1 - Skycolor Hotfix #1 overseeds brighter nights. You should manually tweak the relevant entries in the hotfix, as Captain America did for darker night.

Easy though tedious task to do, but a bit trickier to explain.

You should open any single EnvColors_*.cfg file in data/Env folder of the brighter nights submod and compare it with the corresponding files in the base mod, in order to see wich settings of the base mod are modified in brighter nights. You could do it manually in notepad, but since there are hundred of entries in those files, I suggest you to use winmerge for making this task a lot easier. After doing it, you should open the cfg files coming with the skycolor hotfix and merge in it the modified settings from brighter nights, replacing the relevant settings. Once more, winmerge is your friend.
Once finished, you can enable the modified Dynamic Environment SH5 v 2.1 - Skycolor Hotfix #1 after the basemod, and you won't need anymore to enable brighter nights
