[REL] Environmental MOD for Silent Hunter 5

I am trying to get hold of this mod. I clicked on the link to w clear mod page and there is nothing there. I also tried clicking on the release 3 link and it takes me to a file that is only 5.8 meg in size. Surely that can't be the whole mod, can it?

GameFront has new file storage policy.
If non submitted file has not been downloaded in past 60 days it is automatically deleted.

This means GameFront is a temp file storage site.
