Question Open Horizons II

I have a question about open horizon v2 in the very first mission Baltic Operations Its says in the changelog "All campaign objectives remade to remove focus on tonnage - now focus is on patrols"

However after sinking two Polish frieghter the objective is complete to go home but the progress bar shows only half done as if i have to sink to more ships. I should'nt have to sink any thing at all if i patrolled my designated areas. Will it be complete when the due date arrives Nov 1 1939 or sail back to base and end patrol. If i do sink anything dose the old tonnage and number rules apply or is this an error?

This is the first time in six months I have completed a patrol and ready to head home.

I use sober's mode list
