In my opinion, You only need Dynamic Environment SH5 Basemod (realistic version) V2.1, so You could deactivate Dynamic Environment SH5-V2.1. But have a look at the readme, please.

I have had the CTDs in Kiel very often. In the german ubi-forum was a hint to deactivate SOAN within the TDWs UI-Mod. That could help too.
