It is compatible with GWX - the screenshot I've posted above is the aircraft flying over GWX La Spezia.
The skin is slightly incompatible as the roundels on the wings and fuselage are wrong - I believe there should be one white circle on each wing and one white cross on the fuselage (although the pictures I've Googled seem to have the Italian flag on the fuselage). Personally, I'm happy to put up with minor cosmetic issues to see her appear ingame.
