AI can see in heavy fog ?

well, now i may know why i was under fire :

- changed how AI subs can fire guns at submerged contacts. If they spot you visually or they spot you on sonar (not hydro!) and you are <= 20m depth and within 8000m they will open fire

But yes, my own crew is bit blind sometimes, or least they don't wanna tell me what they see.

There was 2 small cargo ships under 1600meters of our sub but my noob crew was silent

and there was no fog this time.. makes you bit paranoid
