1. The latest patch is not 1.05. If game version (visible from the main menu, top right corner) reads anything but v 1.2.0, install the proper patch manually. If you own EU version of the game, you can get it from here.

2. What is your mod loadout? (list mods you have enabled via JSGME, in their actual order).

3. Does your problem persist if you disable all the mods?
