Having done that since h.sie's wolfpack mod came available. Lately I have experinced some difficulties with NYGM but I'm getting over them.

Basicly after encounter I turn my bow/stern towards the convoy and start taking readings for +/- 10 min to know it's course and speed. Followed by contact report.

Then I move away from the convoy so that I lose it from visual range. After an hour I'm waiting it in predetermined position.

Repeat until night sets in. Requires time and PATIENCE.
