Going to sound super noob here but bare with me...got a question

Quick update:

After restarting the machine in safe mode and removing the "no lag" mod fix, things seemed to go back to work.

I also noticed that my other games were affected as well, so it might be a card issue. I'd still like to know though if anyone has any information on these kinds of issues...

Strange issue, but since your rig is almost identical to mine, it certainly got my attention!

Looks to me like it was a hardware issue that, thankfully, went away.
