Default Thingy to maintain/create link collection page

Hi All,

I am looking (is for a mate of mine) for a method to create/maintain a page like this: http://0223.pagina.nl/

Being able to edit it online would be perfect, but not necesary.

Any suggestions, or better ideas ?

Looks like a rather basic table setup, you should be able to create it using notepad... (half serious )

Anyways you can make up that design rather quickly using OpenOffice's HTML editor (free) or MS Frontpage. (comes with MS Office) It's just a series of tables by the looks of the page source.

oh, sorry I misunderstood....
I can't think of any services that would suit what you're after here. The best meathod IMHO would be to give them a pre-made template and a GUI based html editor and teach them to upload/edit html docs.

***Geocities comes with some pre-made pages with a online GUI based html editor, prehaps that will fit the bill?***

Not being a webby weener I would say by looking at the source it's done with javascript.
Google for javascript and you will probably get a boat load of js sites that have free scripts or check out sourceforge.net.
