Find the scenario files and copy them into:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\naval war arctic circle\CustomScenarios Then, you can use the Open File command found in the Editor. You can probably browse to different folders, too. I didn't check. Do a search for: Scenario_c01s05.nwscenario and you will know which folder your scenarios reside.
