There are Icebergs in the game.
The trees sadly use the same resource. If you put a snow texture on them, then all trees will be white. There are skins for the Boot to make it looks frozen. And there is also a frozen harbor mod, that gives the harbors a Winter look. Snow is possible to mod, but not yet released.
