Mr_Dirt Swabbie Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Missouri Posts: 13 Downloads: 99 Uploads: 0	I believe it is percent of damage. As you repair it goes down until fixed. If the red is all the way to the top that piece of equipment is destroyed and unrepairable.
