Loading screen and this bug

Alright.
First of all thank you very much guys for your attention and any help.
Next thing I think I found my bad. Just like a schoolboy I forgot about one IMPORTANT thing: DO NOT EDIT MenuUser.py in the MODS folder!

- that was my totally mistake

I use to edit only three small things and ONE big:
Use IO_Strategic_map_tools or something like that

Earlier I use to edit only the nr. of the hull and the cpt`s name and there was no problem...
