8 states out of 50 is an extremely poor showing JU no matter how you slice it. Paul is not going to get the GoP nomination. now he may run as an independant (although currently he claims he won't) but the most he could accomplish is give the Obama the election by dividing the opposition.

Yeah but not all 50 states delegates are counted up yet - not even half, you are right though that RP supporters will not back Romeny or Obama, not sure how it will work out though, but I guess we wait to see what happens in Tampa,

I am part of the 'we all' too, I lie to myself everytime I tell myself its all gonna be ok, when i know that if history is anything to go by, we are likley heading for another great depression and possibly another great war.

In regards to the Doc, i know its a long shot for the guy - but one can hope, It would be nice to see the USA lead by someone who cares a about the core values the nation was founded on, has a fair bit of intellegence and has a spine to boot.
