Yubba you do remember Bill Clinton made it possible to sell China our rocket technology right? Well this 'incident' has obviously been planned by China as a return favor to bring Hiliary Clinton to the forefront of international politics. This will give her some excellent public relations to get her elected as the next president of U.S. Which in turn will of course benefit China once again.
