Default Ship Names May 2012

It's that time again.

313 new names, for a total of 11795.
As always load directly into SH3 Commander/Cfg and overwrite the old one.

Thank you, Steve.

When do you think you'll get to 12,000?

If you run out of real names, don't forget fictional ones like the Compass Rose, or the Good Ship Lollipop.

Almost certainly next month.

I had that discussion with IABL years ago. The whole purpose of the mod is to provide real names. I haven't done five years of reseach and looked up thousands of names so I can start pretending!

...although it would be rather easy to sneak in a few gag names.

Steve thanks for the update. Out of interest when was the last one? I don't recall updating this file for some time, but having said that I've probably missed a few.

IIRC you've sneaked in a couple of women from around these parts...

Last month. It was the first one in a year.

Don't worry about missing anything. I update the file and it replaces the old one, so the current one has everything I've done, complete and ready to go.

I did, but you'll almost certainly never see them. I don't mind fiddling with little sailboats, as there are so many of them with wierd names it doesn't really matter.

S! Merci Steve.

Nice to have this monthly update back on the track......

I must confess that I have kept several of you "Ships names" updates since I've discovered them...
I know it is not really usefull.
Any way great work and thank you again
