How can the police not be punished for shooting when they go to the wrong address or before they find out what is going on? In the cases in my area, the police don't even apologize.

Union. They have a case going right now regarding this. The cop killed an unarmed man. Case reviewed. No charges. City fired him. Union said you can't fire him. Tax dollars now flushed down toilet for legal fight.
