Hi Telemon. The best way around this is to manually open the doors yourself. Right click on the Weapons Officer or his icon then open or close any of the doors. The controls for this are just above the TDC at his station. The row of green lights. They are also in the conning tower beside the TDC. Hold mouse arrow on switch and left click.
