Yes you can change Alternative adult content to any of the mods around there.
To change the Chart Colour Scheme 3 to a different one go to EXTRAS and in the folder called Maps you´ll find all the available mods, copy the one you want to the mods folder and enable last. (if using MMM in parts EXTRAS is in p2)
