How to increase ammo and speed of reload?

any good video recorder's I can show how it is I also increased the ships speed

42 or 48 knots I tryed 58 but damn that was too fast lol I flew 48 was the max

don't make your's sub faster than torps speed, else someday you will forget to decelerate when you launch, the fish will explode at launch and you will have big big troubles
