I can`t find the download link?

First thanks so much for the links.
I downloaded 7z and the 7z mod version by DarkWaith. I then extracted the mod using the 7z archiver. I now have a folder labled NewUIs_DDC-6_9_0_By TheDarkWraith. The folder contains the following sub folders Dials Mod and Text.
Question do I still use the Generic Mod Enabler and JSGME to install the mod into SH 5 folders. In short i`m not sure what to do now
