Well, honestly, this is really only interesting if it can be demonstrated that every one else born there in 1889 has complete birth records.

I would imagine back then, there were more than one baby born without being registered.

I wouldn't be surprised if such connections would have been more than a reason for some people to start suspecting his sympathies.
