What boat you have and what text you have in this boat cfg after [Properties] line?
..\Silent Hunter 5\data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7a\NSS_Uboat7a.cfg ..\Silent Hunter 5\data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7b\NSS_Uboat7b.cfg ..\Silent Hunter 5\data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7c\NSS_Uboat7c.cfg ..\Silent Hunter 5\data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7c41\NSS_Uboat7c41.cfg
Hi Michael, I sorry mate, I'm not following your meaning here. If you are asking what each file says, all three list 40,100 for dive depth and all three list 152,71 for crash dive depth. Thats all I can get from the submarine folder in SH5/Data. Is that what you meant? D40 ![]()

PeriscopeDepth=12; SnorkelDepth=14.0;meters CrashDepth=152;meters MaxDepth=220;meters DiveDepth=40;meters SurfaceDepth=4.5;meters TorpLaunchMaxDepth=20;meters It will set "Dive" command depth to 40 and "Crash Dive" to 152. If you have this settings for your type of boat, and still diving at other depths, dunno then... P.S. Any symbols, numbers and words after ';' ignored in this files. |

I might even change them back as I feel that kimuraijn has a point. I do usually give a specific depth anytime we dive anyway. If you have to crash dive in a shallow area though, I would like to have a smaller dive depth just to make sure we didn't hit the bottom before I could level out. We'll see if I've got it fixed. Thanks D40
