Flag's size excessive

Just tested your Smaller Flags for Warships Mod with leaving Wilhelmshafen during Happy Days, and all the surface warships in the port area look sooo much better now, it almost tickles my stomach.
It's a real joy and a vast improvement! Einfach toll!

Is this the final version or will you tweak it further? For me you could make this an official REL release.
I'd like to suggest to pedrobas to include this mod in his upcoming MMM megamod, if you agree.

Agreed! I forgot to comment this, but been using for sometime now the smaller warship flags, and haven't seen any problems. It's a small detail, but makes a big difference, I never want to see the huge flags again, thanks uekel!

For now I have made this changes with an hex-editor. When I have a suitable tool available, surely I'll move the flags to their historical position. Also, for some flags I'm not sure, whether they appear now too small. An example is "KM Hipper". There are still some room for improvements.

For me you could make this an official REL release.
