Having Constant CTDs Please Help!

Hey guys, I have been having constant crashes in SH5. I'm not sure why and was hoping you guys could help me. Here is my mod list, I'm not sure if the problem is due to the mods or not, but there could be a possibility that the problem is due to the mods.
