Turn off synchronized server

I have SH5 on steam, how do I disable the synchronized from server? I hate how it comes up after the game starts before I get into main menu. I have it turned off in UPlay option, but it still comes up.

If you are in offline mode, it will always say this regardless of settings. It is moot. It is not synchronizing any files. It is just a splash screen for the subroutine. Annoying, but harmless.
