Let's just make sure everything is fully compatible with each other before we start
deciding what mods to use.

No point in rushing in going "I want that, that and that mod!!" and then the end
result is that we start noticing compatibility issues when the server has been
running for a week already.

The mods I've listed thus far all work together.

If you're interested I've put a mod pack on ARC's TS server that you can easily put over your MC with JGSME.

Are you 100% sure? For example, the author of RC says he just tested that
the liquids work in BC.

I've already said I'm not sure about the laser mod.

But Railcraft, Buildcraft, and Treecapitator all work together.

Exactly. Might be an idea to figure it out.

I can't find anything in regards to Laser mod and SMP, so we'd either have to avoid it or just experiment with it.

Avoid it it is. Don't have a spare server laying around to experiment on.

If you backed up the server information, it shouldn't harm it to just put it on and see what happens. The only issue I could find in regards is one guy who said that if he made anything while in the server, he couldn't take it out of the craft box. If anything it's not a big deal too avoid it.

The mod pack I uploaded should still work if the server doesn't have that module installed.

Alright, Railcraft has a bug that breaking a chest cart or a steam cart will crash the client(and probably the server). Although it'll be addressed in next patch.

But it does work with Buildcraft, so it's up to you guys on whether or not you want to use.

@Oberon, Train Mod doesn't work with Railcraft, so you can't have them both.

I can't, something has taken over and is studying our military strategy and hardware.

Drat. Ah well, hopefully one day they'll merge together...but for now the Railcraft mod adds more. Oh, and in answer to your earlier questions, the reason I like Steves carts is because of the controllable cart.
