First image on my mind was that of a Northkorean trawler offcoast Helgoland.
Diplomatic staff of foreign embassies is said to abuse their immunity status quite often in Berlin, insiders say. Mostly, traffic offences, from jumping red traffic-lights over exceeding speed limits to parking where parking is not permitted. But also little rumbles anf fights in Berlin nightlife. Imo immunity status should also apply to diplomatic activities, not covering offences of everyday regular laws. You stay in a foreign country, you follow its rules and laws. If you don't like it, stay away, or ask your government for another post in another country.
