Optional MOD requests for TDW

The problem is that I have same problems with english, like you with files

Ok, here is step by step if you want Kriegsmarine Grid Map instead of colored one and minefield map as second one:

1. Uninstall both mods via JSGME (if not installed and they are still not in JSGME - copy them to MOD folder in main game folder)
2. Go to ...\Silent Hunter 5\MODS\Kriegsmarine Grid Map for MO and TDW UIs by stoianm\data\Menu\Gui folder. There should be only one file.
3. Rename this file to SH5_Shipping_Chart_Colored.dds
4. Install both mods via JSGME.

Micheal,

I followed your steps as precisely as possible and the end result was that now I have avilable in-game the SH 5 default colored grid map and the OH II mine field map but still no Kriegsmarine Grid map.

My goal is to have only the Kriegsmarine Grid map and the OHII mine field map and NO SH 5 default colored in game.

It's probably my fault and I'll keep trying!

I may be mistaken, but I seem to recall that no one really figured out how to change the default SH5 map to the grid map we all know and love (as in SH3).
