Hey, where've you been Armistead? I missed you buddy. Haven't seen you around in a while. I was starting to fear something might've happened to you. Looks like UBI pushed back their grand re-opening date. I figure it'll be mid February before they're back online.

Yeah, first they said they'd be back on the 9th. Then they pushed it back to the 11th. Now it's the 12th.
