Help,problem

If you can't use your mouse to click and drag the dials, that sounds like a bug to me. If saving and reloading the game doesn't fix it, you may have to try returning to base. I had that happen with my sonar dial and it wouldn't work until I returned to base and ended my patrol. What version of SHIV are you running?

No, but 1.5 won't hurt your ability to play US subs (and will only improve it!)

I asked if I was able to play American in 1.5 and told NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..So what is it yes or no?

Yes all it will do is add a icon on the menu that says "U-boat campaign" nothing will be changed the intro will stay the same the menu background will stay the same there will be a few changes to the UI but mostly texturing as you can see in my thread with the 40mm twin I was using 1.5.

No, you asked if you could play American in SH5 and I said no, and it's true. But no such problem for SH4 1.5!
