Is it possible to change profile name?

You should be able to change it when you start a creer.

But it is in the save game files in you SH4 folder in My Documents. Just go through the files, and there may be a lot of them to check, and then look for the name which should be close to the top in the file(s), unless you have consecutive saves in the same file, the either scroll or seach for that name in the file, and just change it. Should work for you.

But I would also wait until you are back at base. The game can be tempermental changinh things in the middle of a patrol. More mental than temper though.
