I wonder if this decision has anything to do with him being a father now?
Either way thank you for all the effort you have put into the Silent Hunter series, I understand that the problems with the last version was out of your control, in fact it must have been quite frustrating when someone else is pulling the strings.

Thanks for the memories.

I suppose the series will die out now? Or at least be a shell of it's former self. Kinda like any modern warfare game after the first one, when they canned the series creators.

Selfish of me to say something like that, but I am kinda an SH fanboy. Thanks for the blood sweat and tears you poured into the series. It shows.
