change camera unit

hello,
how change camera unit?for example if I want the view as a plane?

When I change of view (my sub, next ship, etc ...) ok, every thing good.

My IWO says "plane" if I want to change the view or see the view of the plane it doesn't work;

there is a mod to install?

Changing Camera to Aircraft view was done in SHIII.
Maybe examine how it is done there for example and then try to implement in SH5.
