Yes, the first one goes to MediaFire...and after trying since you posted the link, I finally got the page to load tonight without a "Done, but with errors on the page" message and it is downloading the mod now.

The 2nd one is now working also...it was a blank MediaFire page previously. Believe me when I say I had tried both many times since you posted them with no luck until just now. Go figure!

I´ve been playing SH3 GWX, its a great change. I've tried to reach the 30,000 renown points to get a type XXI during campaign , but it´s impossible no matter how many times I sink a Rodney class BB at Gibraltar. Is there a way or cheat to decrease the type XXI renown value ?

Yes there is.
Go to ...\data\cfg folder of SH3 and open with notepad the basic.cfg file.
Scroll down the file until you find this block:

If you change this to 0 you get the XXI for free.

Do the same for years 1944 and 1945.

I'm surprised anybody can last long enough for those to become available. Either you get the renown and die before its available, or you start late and don't have enough renown. It's almost a catch 22.

And I don't feel like scoring the necro this time. Arbitrary 3.5.

There is an easier way to get renown with a single edit. It can be done at any time after the 1st patrol.

Only edit files when you are safely docked in port; never while you're at sea.

Go to /My Documents/SH3/Data/cfg/Careers/Player name/Patrols_0.cfg

Scroll to the bottom of the file

Change the 3rd line from the bottom:

DeltaRenown=145.062500 <= change this value to whatever you want. I'm fond of 100,000, which means I can buy anything I want whenever it becomes available.

Save the file and play on. I do this after my 1st career patrol, mostly so I can get the crew I want.
