Lost Home Ports features

Could this be a cause of random CTDs as well. I have been experiencing too many of those with Open Horizons, the latest being in Scapa Flow, it really has ruined the game for me, which takes a lot. I have experienced the lack of harbor stuff, and it is always associated with a CTD.

Yep , running out of ram . Some mods have rediculous sized dds files which wouldnt help . My pet hate . I am probably guilty as well .
