Is Palestine ready for independence?

I dont care anymore, we obviously all screwed now anyway - what with Iran and economic meltdown.

Isreal and Palastine need to be divided 50/50 with a 20 meter thick concrete wall, 10 stories high with an AI controlled arsenal of Anti aircraft, tank and personell weaponry mounted on top - anything or anyone (israeli or palastinaian) that goes near it, gets torn a new one. And it should have a huge remider written along it "Murderers go to hell" is their respective languages.
Problem solved, now maybe both sides can shut up and get on with it.
