When I looked through my game files, the German voices are in the file labeled Speech, and the English voices are in the one labeled Speech_En. I have no file labeled Speech_De either.

If you choose to have German spoken during the game it should auto create the Speech_De folder. I usually do it so I can get the "alarm" soundbyte from the German and replace it with the ludicrous "Crash Dive" that's used in English.

I should have added I play with the German voices on, and use the English text.
