Defect Rescue mission

The defect rescue mission in the Campaign Operation Rough Seas cannot be won. I tried a few times. I just saw the DSRV circling the Foxtrot, not docking with it. Did the same thing happen to any of you?

Are you talking about the one in which the ILA foxtrot crew defects. You are supposed to pick them up and then blow up the foxtrot?

In that case I did manage to complete the mission. The DSRV goes to the foxtrot and then surfaces (dont know if u see it actually docking with the foxtrot). After sometime it returns to your sub (again dont remember if it docks - graphics wise) but the XO announces the successful rescue of the crew.

I dont remember if the DSRV keeps circling but it does surface and stays on the surface for some time before returning.

I had a lot of problems completing this mission using the 688I, but was able to complete it with the Seawolf. I think it's because of the language set up in the mission. You can look at it in the mission editor.

I was able to complete the mission. I notice you can't have your "show truth" on. You have to have it off in order to complete the mission.
