Hi everyone! My name is Peter. I was born in Austria and left for the US when I was 23. I stayed there for almost 10 years and am now living in New Zealand.

Nice to see some fellow motorcycle riders on here - these days you can find me on a decked out HD Nighttrain but I've been riding almost every other kind before it.

I'm a computer graphics artist and work in visual effects. If I hadn't too many other hobbies I'd volunteer to do some nice textures but they'd never get done.

I've been playing sims from when I had a Commodore 64. Got into sub sims fully with SH3 - especially with GWM. Bought SH4, but didn't play it much - like the ATlantic better I guess - and am just downloading the latest mods you geniusses came up with to see if SH5 is playable yet

I'm 19, i live in England and i am joining the Royal Navy as an Officer.

All things Naval are my passion but this is my first sub sim and so far SH5 is rocking my socks.

My captains name is Maximillian Schnapps, Max after my brother and Schnapps....well

Just sank HMS Glorious, now off to Norway!

I just turned 40

and am a long time Silent Hunter player...since #1 all the way through. I took a long winded vacation from the game and decided to pick up SH5...As much fun as the game is, I dont have the time to sit on long missions like I used to

I hoping this will get me back into playing more.

I am a US Navy bubblehead. I was a Plankowner on the USS Asheville, SSN 758. Brought her from Newport News, Va to San Diego through the Panama Canal. Experienced her first sea trials. I was the Battlestations ships helmsman for some time till I finally got to graduate into the Torpedo room all by my lonesome! I loved it. My rate was TM2(SS) and very proud of my service for our great country, the USA.

I salute all the Veterans on here! Thanks for your sacrifice!

Hi everyone!
My name is Emil, I'm 17 yrs old and I live in Gothenburg, Sweden. Quite new to sub simulators, but sims in general has always been huge interest of mine.

Picked up Silent Hunter because I absolutely love WWII-history, and my favorite movie of all time is "Das Boot", so I thought about it for a while, and then decided to just go for it, and buy Silent Hunter. Now, it's one of my favorite simulators of all time!

Looking forward to taking part in all the discussions etc. here on the forum!
