Well your right on most counts but particularly on the final point....when Mrs Buna and I met we struggled to put together a deposit...that's the part when you contact the Bank of Mam and Dad...young Buna was no different because these days first time buyers are being asked phenomenal sums as deposits compared to 25 years ago (10% would usually suffice).

Again, I think is honorable, and that you made them sacrifices, there you shall have credit for, the house you saw pictures of, and that was a "dollhouse" 110 square meters large,will be sold, under the next spring, 2012
