The report is quite interesting to read. It also says that the command and control server for this piece of software is in the US, on a commercial service provider.

Another 'feature' of this hight tech spy gadget is... that it apparently has to be installed by physically accessing the target computer.

Yes, whoever came up with this forgot to write an installer to deploy it remotely.
