That's the thing. So many people are asking for an entire world simulator and saying they just want a subsim.

Not quite the small scale you expect but hearts of Iron 3 is a damn good WW2 sim. And not quite as taxing on the gaming rig there.

More grand scale-ish

I have him. In SH3 I use Das Boot Officer Faces and Das Boot Sound Mod. Can't miss.
