Ditto to the Improved Convoys Mod - I've now seen (mid '42) everything from small convoys with 5-6 ships to mamoth ones with over 25 ships. The big ones are fun to ambush from inside - if you can get them to "stampede" it causes havoc for the escorts trying to get at you and some poor merchant marine sea captains who get cut out of the herd, leaving me to personally introduce them to Davy Jones locker.
