'No fatigue' using SHCommander.
Still switch the watch and planesmen every once in a while just to see new faces.

I use the "no fatigue" option in SH3 Commander. My reasoning is that the captain shouldn't have to micro manage his crew like that. That's what the junior officers and petty officers are for

I too use no fatigue.I see no point moving around these guys.Just imagine they are smart enough to do it on their own.

No fatigue here too. Reason: My finger gets tired having to rotate the crew so often!
