Default Disappearing units

I was playing a mission today. I was in a P-3 and transiting to an area, I had show truth on. I then turned off truth and put on time compression. then when I put on show truth the enemy units had gone but all allied and neutral units were there.

Are you sure that the enemy unit had not been destroyed by allied forces, sunk, and disappeared?

Did you use the keystroke for show truth? Its easy to imput it wrong and filter out hostiles (One is Ctrl+Shift+T and one is Shift+T IIRC) Right click on the nav map and check your filters.

Xabba... I did the same thing to myself as well... I was about this close to sending a bug report to SCS when I went to see if I could recreate it, and realised it was my filters.

Hmm... Why would anyone want to filter out enemy units? Those red things are trying to kill you!

The challange?

If you have to ask this question you’ve never encountered a truly large force of hostiles! :P

Once, a neutral disappear in a middle of a MP game. It was near my opponent’s sub, and first I thought that I had sunk it with my subroc, but nothing appeared in the mission status. But then looking at the replay, I just saw that this yacht just disappear, he was there before and later nowhere. :hmm:

Let me guess.......? It was near the Bermuda triangle (SW-DW04).
If so you are the first who mention it.

LOL, that damn map of yours Fish. i was asking everyone if they had ever seen a bug where neutrals started disapearing. Didnt even click that the map description had said it was set in the Bermuda Triangle . Was not till i played the same map again a few weeks later with you and i mentioned that this was the map that the neutrals disapeared on me. You said well it is the bermuda triangle. Then it clicked and i felt like a real #'?#head
