My job was easier when I started, when I was a student, a grunt, a peon. Lift this, hold that. Then it began, I started showing a talent for reading plans and soon it was build this, cut that and now I got promoted to group-leader. A position for which I am neither qualified, educated or payed for that. So now I have a group of two to seven ''grunts'' bombarding me with questions and decisions and not to give time to think it over, plan my moves, calculate the consequences, noooo they shower me with 20 questions and on top of it all, neither of them speaks slovenian, english or german
