Israeli latest f16i had oxygen troubles some time ago but it was fixed.

All i know is that there was problem with oxygen generating system in newer blocks of f-16.(it was in news long ago)
The system used is different from the ones used on older f16 variants.
Contrary to f22 maybe it was easier to replace it or fix since f16 is proven and relatively old design.
